Political parties and candidates must confront and address narratives and policies that scapegoat and demonize racialized groups, as these trends threaten the very fabric of European society.

Kim Smouter, Executive Director of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR), underscores the increasingly dire circumstances facing racialized communities in Europe, where hateful rhetoric and discriminatory policies are becoming commonplace. In response to these challenges, ENAR has launched the ‘A Europe for All’ Roadmap for Change Manifesto.

This manifesto serves as a call to action, urging political parties and Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to pledge their support in the fight against racism throughout Europe. It outlines ten specific actions aimed at prioritizing racial justice as a fundamental political objective during election campaigns and forthcoming mandates.
